All Sales are Final

At Earthly, all of our products are carefully inspected for quality before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final upon completion of the transaction.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customer support. Our team will assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please provide your order number and details about the product received.

Return Policy

If a package is returned to us, for any reason, we do not issue refunds. Instead, you'll receive store credit equal to the value of your returned items, excluding shipping costs. This credit can be used for any future purchases on our site. Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition.


Earthly International Return and Refund Policy

1. Incorrect Address Submission

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. If a package is directed to an incorrect address due to customer error, Earthly cannot be held liable. No refunds or store credits will be issued for orders that are lost or returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

2. Lost Packages and Delivery Issues

  • For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Earthly cannot be held responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If tracking information shows no movement or delivery within a reasonable timeframe, customers should contact our customer support for assistance. However,Earthly does not guarantee refunds or store credits for lost packages.

3. Returned Packages

  • International orders returned to Earthly due to refusal by the recipient, unpaid duties and taxes, or other reasons beyond our control will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Circumstances such as these are beyond our ability to manage, and as such, both the loss of goods and shipping costs cannot be recuperated by Earthly.

4. Exceptions

  • Earthly reserves the right to review and consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. However, customers should be aware that exceptions are rare and granted at the sole discretion of Earthly.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for being aware of their local customs regulations, duties, and taxes. Earthly is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.
